Kinesis Studio

What is Kinesis Small Group Training?

Kinesis Training takes traditional exercises (like chest press, lat pull, row) and combines them with functional movements (like reaching, squatting, bending).

It develops balance, core/overall strength, and flexibility for people of all fitness levels. Because of the three components of fitness-cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility-are trained at once. Kinesis Training uses resistance combined with movement, so you burn up to 30% more calories than traditional exercises.

More energy is required because Kinesis Training uses the entire kinetic chain (lower body, core, upper body) to perform each movement. More energy = more calories burned.

Kinesis Small Group training classes are held in an eight-week sessions at Superior Athletic Club II – 2500 E. Barnett Rd. in Medford.

Options include: (1) 30-minute class per week: $50 for Members, $75 for Non-Members.
Or (2) 30-minute classes per week:$100 for Members, $150 for Non-Members.
(Space is limited to (4) people per class – reserve your place today!)

* Both O2+Fe and Kinesis classes are taught by our certified personal trainers or certified group fitness instructors.
