Group Exercise

The youngest acceptable age to attend class is 12 years old. Between the ages of 12 and 17, it is the responsibility of the aerobics instructor to evaluate and decide if the youth is able to participate in the aerobics class.

Basketball Gym

Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Kids between the ages of 12 and 17 can play in the gym when it is open gym, although adults have priority during this time.

Pool

Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian when inside the pool area. It is very important that the parent or guardian read the pool rules and guidelines located on the pool entrance doors before entering the pool area. Due to the depth of our pool, according to State Law, we are not required to have a lifeguard on duty.

Racquetball

Children between 8 – 17 are allowed to make a court reservation for racquetball or wallyball to play during non-prime time only. Prime time is from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. during the week. Children under 12 must have parental supervision.

Weight Room

Children ages 12 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult while using the weight room and have met with a personal trainer.
